    Co se mahalebek týče: objevil jsem svoji horu Myouji, kde tyhle stromky rostou/přežívají. Před cca 2 lety jsem se rozhodl, že tam ostatní ponechám. Vzhledem ke stále problematičtějším srážkám je ale otázka, jak dlouho tam tyhle stromky vydrží. Uvidím, třeba se tam někdy vrátím a pár kousků ještě přinesu...

    Dobrý stromček, nebari na jednotku. Popracujes na štruktúre koruny pár rokov a oválna koruna príde sama.

    Tak toto je nádherne prirodzene vyzerajúci strom, ako píše Maroš, koruna sa časom zaoblí a potom bude dokonalý :)

31.12.2003 Last day of 2003  and I am in a woodland looking for yamadori on a loamy slope of Central Bohemia.  Location facing south with scarce supply of water. Place where you can see dwarfed oaks, common junipers, and dogwoods.  I was searching through an undergrowth when I spotted a tree partially buried with fallen leaves and branchlets, but the visible part has some interesting deadwood. And if you are a yamadori hunter, you know what it means. The heartbeat rate goes up,  you go down on your knees, and your fingers start cleaning the area with eager expectation of what is under the cover.  Sometimes a disappointment or a hesitation and sometimes a sheer pleasure... 2015 2018 2025 Height 55 cm Pot: China

Pyrus pyraster_Shohin_pre bonsai

 European wild pear is one of my favorite tree.   Aged bark, wild appearance, blossoms, tiny fruit and beautiful autumn colours make of it a great candidate for  Four Season Bonsai.   Collected in cental Bohemia in 2017, air layered in 2019.  Current height:  22 cm - the top shoot included, target  18-19 cm Width:  24 cm  Front Left side   Alligator skin nicely developed.  Nebari - nothing to see there (YET ), but it is on the way - just look closer. Another five years and it might be there...:)  After the late summer inspection. Wiring, adding new load of Biogold and then back under the plastic cover to keep moss in place.  The moss will be removed in late autumn just before the winter rest to have better control of soil moisture.
